- Summer - high temps in the 70's.
- Fall Colors - Aspens turn red, ornage, lime green, yellow ... feels like New England or Colorado.
- Winter - 8' average snowfall. Greer is a white winter wonderland.
- Spring - Rivers are flowing. Flowers bloom everywhere.
- Free WI-FI: We offer free Wireless Internet access at our Resort. Available either in your room or cabin or in one of our several common areas such as in our restaurants and lodge living rooms.
- The interior of all buildings are Non-Smoking.
- Our Resort Guests enjoy Preferred Dining Reservations in the 373 Bar & Grill Restaurant at Greer Lodge Resort serving Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner 365 days a year.
- A Full Daily Breakfast is included when you stay at the Red Setter Inn & Cottages. A homemade sack lunch, snacks, and beverages throughout the day is included each day of your stay at the Red Setter Inn & Cottages.

- Luxury Lodge Rooms and all lodging at Red Setter are Adult Only (Sorry no children under age of 16).
- Pets: Most accommodations at Greer Lodge Resort are "pet free". We do have some "Dog Friendly" cabins.
- Dogs: We do have some designated Dog Friendly Cabins. In those cabins, here are the rules:
- No other pets or animals of any kind (including cats) are allowed.
- Dogs may not be left unattended in the Dog Friendly Cabins. If you leave the Dog Friendly Cabin, your dog(s) must be kenneled (we have free loaner kennels).
- When outside, dogs are required to be on a leash at all times.
- Owner is responsible to cleanup after their dog(s).
- Limit 3 dogs per Dog Friendly Cabin. Pet fee of $20 per night/per dog is applicable. Please register at time of booking and confirm at time of arrival.
- Occupancy: Rooms, Condo's & Cabins (except Privately Owned Rental Cabins) allow up to the maximum occupancy in that unit at no additional charge. Privately owned cabin rentals are priced based upon occupancy - Please ask for details. You cannot exceed maximum occupancy.
- Deposits: 50% deposit required at time of booking. Balance due at check-in. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Personal Checks, Diners Club, and/or Cash.
- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel with less than 7 days notice prior to the scheduled arrival date of your reservation there is no refund. If you cancel with a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the scheduled arrival date of your reservation you receive a full refund less a service fee equal to 25% of your deposit. If you are with a group, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.
- Minimum Stay: A 2 night stay is required on weekends and a 3 night stay is required on holidays for all lodging accommodations. A 2 night stay is always required on all cabins.
- Check-in / Check-out: Check-In time 4 pm. If you need a late evening check-in, please call us prior to your arrival to special arrangements. Check-Out time is 10 am.
- Housekeeping Service. Rooms receive daily housekeeping service. Cabins are Housekeeping units which means daily housekeeping service is not provided. We are glad to provide you with clean towels and linens upon request. Housekeeping service is available after the 6th night if requested. Guests are asked to clean all kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, etc. prior to departure.
- We offer a wide selection of lodging accommodations. Families and children are welcome unless noted as "Adult Only":
- Large Luxurious Log Cabins ... some "on the river."
- Cozy 2 Bedroom Cabins and Cottages ... some "on the river."
- Romantic "Adult Only" one Bedroom Cabin/Cottages ... "on the river."
- Luxurious "Adult Only" Lodge Rooms ... "on the river."
- Cozy Log Motel Rooms ... "on a private trout pond."
- Dog Friendly Cabins ... in the pines.
- The Red Setter Bed & Breakfast (Adults Only) ... "on the river." Free Breakfast, Sack Lunch, Snacks and Beverages all day long.
- Privately Owned Cabin Rentals ... on secluded 1-acre lots ... off property.
- Condos ... "on the river."
- We offer a wide range of activities at no extra charge:
