Not much has changed here since Greer was founded in 1879. However, we do have some progress to brag about. In 1948, we installed electricity and in 2005, we put in a sewer system. Greer does not have any grocery stores (we do have a convenience store/market), gas stations, billboards, movie theaters, traffic or any of the big city life distractions. Here you will enjoy 365 days of outdoor enjoyment in all the natural beauty of Mother Nature’s four seasons.
