Annie Suwan Toborowsky and David Toborowsky first visited Greer Lodge Resort & Cabins in December 2020, anticipating a fall getaway amid the majestic White Mountains of Arizona. However, nature had a surprise in store for them as they experienced the first snowfall of the season during their stay. Undeterred by the weather, Annie indulged in one of her favorite pastimes – fly fishing at our catch-and-release private trout ponds. Annie was reminded of her love for fishing from our homeland to our countryside whether fly fishing on our private trout ponds or at the Greer lakes nearby.

Their love for Greer didn’t stop there. Annie and David decided to film part of their “Spice it Up” show on Facebook right from one of our Greer Lodge cabins. These segments showcased Annie’s culinary skills as she prepared her beloved Thai specialty dishes, making the experience truly unforgettable.

In 2021, the couple shared their cherished memories of Greer Lodge Resort & Cabins on the TV show “90 Day Diaries.” Annie took viewers on a sentimental journey, reflecting on her childhood memories and how Greer reminds her of home and her beloved grandfather. It’s evident that Greer, Arizona, has become a special place in their hearts.

David and Annie have explored Greer during various seasons, finding solace, tranquility, and comfort in our small mountain town’s serene ambiance. Whether it’s embracing the fall foliage, dressing up as a cute reindeer to fly fish in the winter, or enjoying the vibrant colors of spring and summer, David and Annie have truly fallen in love with this hidden gem in Arizona.
